In this role I provide customer support by email and phone to Visi customers from the UK and worldwide business partners . Visi is a CAD/CAM product aimed at the Mould and Die Industries. Part of my responsibilities, include as well, providing technical training and setting up the software on the customers' pc.

In this role I was responsible for implementing a business plan with the aim of expanding and maintaining the network of OEM partners and increasing the revenue of direct software sales. Here, I used my excellent language skills, Vectric software knowledge and diplomatic skills.

In this role I was involved in creating designs in Aspire and VCarve Pro to present the features of the software during professional demonstrations at User Groups, Camps and Trade Shows. Here I used my creative and planning skills as well my technical knowledge of a 3-axis CNC router to cut sample parts to present at the shows and Microsoft PowerPoint.

In this role my duties were providing technical support by phone and email to Vectric and Vector Art 3D customers and managing the translation of the software in nine languages. Here I also assisted the sales department.
